The problem
Kids see money every day — tap-to-pay, apps, price tags, the family mortgage — but most of it is invisible to them. And it is hard for grown-ups to know where to start, or what is right for a 6-year-old versus a 14-year-old.
What Wealthonauts does
Wealthonauts teaches how money really works in short, age-right lessons, lets kids practice money decisions in games with pretend money, and adds structured courses and a book series you can read together.

Get the book, take the course, or do both.
A Wealthonauts book turns the idea into a story you read together — in paperback or as an eBook read online, at bedtime or in class.
The matching lesson explains the real concept at your child’s reading level, then checks it with a short quiz.
The game lets kids try the decision themselves with pretend money. Mistakes cost nothing, and they see the result right away.
Reading and playing do different jobs. A story makes an idea memorable and gives you something to read and talk about together. A game lets kids practice the decision — spend or save, raise the price or lower it — and see what happens. Every book points to its matching lesson and game, so a child can go from the story straight to practice.
Example: The Stock Market Adventure (book) → What Is a Share of Stock? (lesson) → Stock Market Game (game)
Wealthonauts makes financial literacy for kids feel like a space adventure. Children become young explorers who travel across a universe of planets, where each world teaches a real money topic: what money is, how banks work, what a promissory note is, how families buy homes, how the stock market works and how to start a business. Every lesson comes in three reading levels, so a 5-year-old and a 15-year-old can explore the same idea at the right depth.

Children see money every day, yet few lessons explain how it actually works. As a result, many kids grow up confused about credit, loans and investing. Starting early helps, because small habits become big ones. That is why Wealthonauts pairs short lessons with games, books and a free family dashboard.
Four original characters guide every mission. Each one is a specialist, so kids always learn from the right expert.

Mission leader and mascot
The curious young astronaut who leads every Wealthonauts mission and never stops asking how money really works.

Banking, credit and contracts specialist
A kind, clever robot who explains banking, loans, interest, credit, contracts and financial records.

Investing, markets and entrepreneurship specialist
A confident young astronaut who explains stocks, bonds, exchanges, futures, risk and business ownership.

Money and monetary history specialist
A lovable gold space companion who explains money history, gold, silver, currency, inflation and purchasing power.
Ten planets, each one a different part of how money really works.

What it costs, what a family account does, and why books and games.
Wealthonauts is a financial-literacy program for kids ages 4+. It has money lessons at three reading levels, pretend-money games for practice, structured courses with graded quizzes, and a matching twelve-book series (eBooks available now) for reading together.
No. The ages are starting points, not limits: 4+ means a 4-year-old can follow it, not that it is only for young kids. Many 10–17 year olds — and adults — have never been taught how money, banks or credit work. If the topic is new, start there. Anyone can learn this.
A full sample lesson, a preview of every lesson, printable worksheets, Level 1 of every game and the family account are free. Wealthonauts All-Access is a one-time $99 that unlocks every full lesson, every course (including new ones) with progress tracking, and Levels 2–5 of every game. Books are sold separately as eBooks read online (paperbacks coming). There are no ads.
Free: a preview of every lesson (the big idea and learning goals), one full sample lesson, printable worksheets, Level 1 of every game and a family account. All-Access unlocks every full lesson at all three reading levels with its activity and quiz, every guided course, game Levels 2–5 and every course we add later.
One payment by a parent, guardian or teacher that unlocks every Wealthonauts course: the Junior, Explorer and Advanced courses with every lesson we add later — plus all game levels. The first lesson of every course is a free preview.
No. Each lesson ends with a quiz, and the lesson can only be completed after passing it — about two out of every three answers right. Answers are checked on our server, not in the browser.
A free login for a parent, guardian or teacher. You add up to eight kids by nickname and age level only. Each child’s lessons, quiz scores, XP, badges and game progress are saved and follow them to any device, and you can see what each child has finished. If you buy books, your orders show there too.
Yes — each kid gets their own learner profile, made by you, for them. A parent or teacher creates a free family account and confirms their email, then adds each child by nickname and age level (up to eight). Every kid has their own XP, badges, quiz scores and game stars on any device. Kids never need their own email, and only grown-ups can add, rename or remove a learner. (Reading lessons needs no account at all.)
No. Every lesson works on its own. Each book matches lessons in the Wealthonauts courses, so you can read the story together and then take the matching lessons.
Books make an idea memorable and give families a story to read together, in paperback or as an eBook read online. Games let kids practice the decision and see the result. Lessons sit in between and explain the real concept. Each book matches a planet’s lessons and games.
Budgeting, saving and interest, running a small business, how stocks work, how a home loan works and, for teens, how futures and leverage work. Every game uses pretend money and fictional companies.
Yes. Accounts are created by adults only, children are added by nickname, and we never ask for a child’s email, birthday, photo or school. There are no ads, chats between users or public profiles.
All twelve books are available now as eBooks you read online, one at a time or as the complete digital set. Open them right after checkout from your order confirmation or My account → My books, on any device signed in to your account. Paperbacks are coming; every book page has a “notify me” button, and we email you once when the paperback launches.
